Ultra-high pressure coiled tubing sand washing equipment in Petro China CNPC
Recently, our ultra-high pressure coiled tubing and sand washing equipment were successfully used in the oil testing and testing technology center of PetroChina Technical Service, and successfully completed the coiled tubing sand washing task in the Tianan well of PetroChina. The product package we provide this time includes cyclone sand removal. Valves, choke manifolds, ground test manifolds, free fluid pipelines, flexible elbows, long radius elbows, sand removal manifolds, plug valve manifolds, etc.
The well set two records of CNPC's ultra-high pressure coiled tubing sand scouring depth and sand scouring footage, accumulating valuable experience for the development of high-temperature, high-pressure and ultra-deep well coiled tubing technology.
Tianan Well is a key risk exploration well of CNPC. The maximum shut-in wellhead pressure is 82Mpa. During the production period, sand is produced in the formation, and wellbore plugging operations are required.
Ultra-deep, sand-plugged wells with long sections are prone to problems such as dredging instantaneous high pressure and topping. PetroChina has implemented the integration of geology and engineering. Through desktop deductions and detailed demonstrations, it has formulated a rigorous and complete sand flushing plan and detailed risk management and control measures. High-strength coiled tubing and special jet sand washing tools are used for sand washing; the analysis of the minimum sand-carrying displacement and the sand-carrying performance experiment of the sand washing fluid are carried out to ensure the success rate of construction. The ground test process of the channel is controlled by back pressure, which avoids the risks of continuous sand production, process blockage, and even pipe stuck. Strictly implement the double-staring work method and the risk classification prevention and control system. Engineering + continuous pipe + testing + oil testing team + supervision + geology work together. In response to the technical problems of on-site sand flushing and well control risks, real-time analysis and evaluation, and implementation of risk management and control measures , and finally ensure the safe and efficient completion of sand flushing. Our ultra-high pressure coiled tubing and sand washing equipment have been used very successfully in the Petro China Technical Service Oil Testing Technology Center, and have been well received by customers and highly praised.
