Coil tubing and ultra deep horizontal well equipment in Petro China CNPC
Recently, our coiled tubing and ultra-deep horizontal well equipment have been successfully used in the oil testing and testing technology center of PetroChina Technical Service, and successfully completed the operation of coiled tubing, scraping and washing in ultra-deep horizontal wells in shale gas. The maximum depth record of the coiled tubing horizontal well of CNPC, which effectively guarantees the fracturing pump on time while operating efficiently. The product packages we provide this time include coiled tubing, fracturing manifolds, plug valve manifolds, fracturing valves, fracturing heads, fracturing trees, fluid lines, wellhead control panels, desanders, desanding manifolds, ESD Control panel, cyclone desander, fracturing gate valve, fracturing check valve, fracturing plug valve, etc.
The well is located on the deep shale gas platform in western Chongqing. The well depth in this block is generally more than 6,600 meters. The well depth, well inclination and wellbore curvature are large, and the construction operation is difficult, especially the coiled tubing operation guarantee and on-site construction are difficult.
With the assistance of our equipment, the CNPC construction team ensured that "one pass through to the end" could ensure the fracturing effect to the greatest extent, and effectively increase the EUR production capacity of a single well. It was decided to implement the coiled tubing scraping task before fracturing. This platform is the first integrated general contracting platform for pressure testing undertaken by the company in Chongqing Shale Gas Company for the first time this year.
In order to ensure efficient construction, the company set up an on-site support project team to organize plan discussions and formulate technical measures; in addition to the cooperation of our equipment, the company adopted the company's first set of high-steel-grade 7300-meter ultra-long coiled tubing trucks, using mechanical analysis and simulation.
In the case of running, it is equipped with a high-temperature and high-performance hydraulic oscillator, and measures such as reducing the construction friction through high-efficiency drag reducing agents, and increasing the running depth. The LG023 team working on site went to the well on the same day to carry out equipment installation and on-site standardization, day and night construction, and efficiently completed the scraping and washing operation of the ultra-deep horizontal well.
