Well Shunbei 802X, a key well of Sinopec Northwest Oilfield Branch, is located in the No. 8 fault zone of Shunbei Oil and Gas Field, with a drilling depth of 8,395 meters. The predicted formation temperature of this well exceeds 175℃, which is a typical "three-super well"; the production oil pressure is 66 MPa, which is the highest production pressure at the wellhead in the Shunbei oil and gas field; the production string adopts a variety of tubing combinations, downhole tools and variable There are many buckles, which leads to the complex structure of the entire pipe string. Whether it is oil testing or wireline well testing and other related wellbore operations, they are all faced with huge challenges.
When our equipment was put into use, the steel wire well testing began, and it was put into the well to a depth of 7715 meters, breaking the record of the deepest steel wire casting and fishing in China, adding a technical tool for the fine evaluation of the exploration and development of deep oil and gas reservoirs in major oil fields.
During the oil testing process of the typical Sanchao Well Shunbei 802X, the oil testing company once again won the high-yield industrial oil flow, with a daily output of 226.7 tons of crude oil and 1.257 million cubic meters of natural gas, and the converted daily oil and gas equivalent reached 1,228 tons, becoming the third well in the block. Shunbei Oil and Gas Field, as the deepest oil and gas reservoir in the world's onshore commercial development, is ultra-deep, ultra-high pressure, ultra-high temperature, with an average burial depth of more than 7,300 meters, making exploration and development difficult. Since the major oil and gas commercial discoveries were made in the Shunbei area in 2016, this area has become a new highlight of oil and gas exploration in the Tarim Basin in the past 10 years.
Since the discovery of the Shunbei oil and gas field, the oil testing company has implemented the integration of geology and engineering, relying on the technical achievements and experience of high-temperature, high-pressure and ultra-deep well oil testing and testing, and has successively guaranteed the important reserves and production positions of the oilfield, and 4 billion-ton oil and gas areas—Shunbei 1 The Shunbei 1-1H, Shunbei 5, Shunbei 4-5H, Shunbei 8X and other wells on the No. 5, 4, and 8 fault zones have respectively made major oil and gas discoveries, which are important for ensuring the exploration of deep and ultra-deep oil and gas reservoirs. After receiving the task, the oil testing company set up a special security team to actively communicate with the owner on site. Reasonable and orderly; combined with adjacent wells to conduct on-site oil testing tabletop deductions, repeatedly discuss and improve the design, and have been praised by participating experts in the design review organized by the Northwest Oilfield Branch, and the oil testing construction design has been approved once.
With the assistance of our equipment, and relying on the scientific research results of "Research and Application of Digital Drainage and Control Technology for Remote Oil Testing", electric fuel nozzle manifolds and ultrasonic radar level gauges are used to realize on-site ground measurement automation, eliminating the risk of high-yield manual measurement ; Refine the switch well and process switching procedures and emergency procedures to ensure safe, fast and efficient testing; daily routine inspections to ensure the stability of equipment and processes, and self-inspection and self-inspection for the post system to ensure that territorial management is implemented. ; The on-site well testing team conducts real-time analysis on the dynamic data of the site, and fine-tunes the measures to record the data to ensure the accuracy of the data.
In view of the high risk, the oil testing company strengthened safety management and control, carried out multi-dimensional risk assessment, and carried out risk control in advance.
