Recently, with the help of our company's drilling equipment, the China Petroleum Engineering Institute has carried out a total of 16 wells (of which 5 wells have been drilled) in the two major oil regions of Xinjiang and Qinghai, with a guaranteed footage of 15,013 meters, compared with 2021. The year-on-year increases were 145.45% and 176.62% respectively, helping the company's key drilling areas to play an active role in solving the problem of safe, optimal and fast drilling, reducing drilling fluid leakage, reducing complex drilling processing time, and ensuring well control safety. In this project, the equipment we mainly provide includes high pressure coiled tubing, sand washing, sand flushing, well testing, Fracing flow back, choke manifold, sand filter, sand cyclone.
With the deepening of oil and gas exploration and development, there are multiple pressure systems in the same well section, narrow safety pressure windows, leakage in the same layer, complex accident prevention and control, and high drilling difficulties. Through early intervention in the design of the pressure control scheme, and with the help of our equipment, the China Petroleum Engineering Institute uses the regional well history data and actual drilling conditions to finely describe the safety pressure window of the target well section, reasonably design the drilling fluid density and wellhead back pressure value, and accurately control the wellbore pressure. Profile, to ensure that the bottom hole ECD is always within the safety window, and fundamentally solve the technical bottleneck of deep well drilling from the design source.
With the support of our drilling equipment, the complex aging in key deep drilling areas of PetroChina, such as the Mahu 401 well area in Xinjiang Oilfield, Da 13 well area, and Ganchaigou in Qinghai Oilfield, has been significantly reduced. Among them, 12 wells will be applied in Xinjiang Oilfield in 2022, solving the technical problems of drilling and completion under the condition of coexistence of long-horizontal leakage and high gas logging, reducing drilling fluid leakage by 86.4%, and reducing complex processing time by 80.15%. Well Mahu 14040 has set four records, including the longest horizontal section of the block of 1588 meters and the highest daily footage of 201 meters, becoming the technical benchmark for regional drilling. Four wells were applied in the Ganchaigou area of Qinghai Oilfield, which solved the technical problems of safe drilling and completion in fractured and high gas-oil ratio reservoirs, and achieved "zero leakage and zero complexity".
The precise pressure control realizes the formation pressure and leakage pressure while drilling test of the target well; the high-precision mass flow meter and the gas intrusion automatic identification software can automatically detect the drilling fluid outlet flow and wellbore gas intrusion, and the decision analysis and control system are intelligently analyzed and combined. control, to achieve accurate monitoring and early warning of formation leakage in advance. At present, there are more than 50 leak warnings in advance for 16 wells under construction. With the help of our equipment, and through timely adjustment of pressure control parameters and process measures, the development of dangerous leaks can be effectively avoided, and the company can effectively prevent and control wells in key drilling areas. played a key role in control.
