As of the first ten days of July, Petro China CNPC has carried out field tests of two sets of flexible fracturing manifold systems. With the support of our equipment, a total of 6 horizontal wells and 119 sections of fracturing have been completed, with a cumulative injection volume of 166,819 cubic meters and sand volume of 10,113 cubic meters. , 300 hours of construction work, and the technical upgrading of key fracturing equipment was a great success.
Petro China CNPC uses information technology to build a data application platform for flexible fracturing manifolds. After the completion of each fracturing construction on site, employees use mobile phones to fill in the on-site operation data of flexible fracturing manifolds, including pipeline number, construction well number, and sand volume. , fluid volume, operation time, etc., to achieve full life cycle management of flexible fracturing manifolds and online statistics and online analysis of flexible fracturing manifold data. At the same time, the plan was prepared, and the approval of the whole business process was implemented. With the help of our equipment, the management of on-site flexible fracturing manifold installation and connection, patrol inspection, safety inspection, data statistics, emergency response and other management work were implemented in detail.
As a "pioneer" in the use of flexible fracturing manifolds in the fracturing industry, Petro China CNPC needs to understand the safety performance of flexible fracturing manifolds in detail, pay close attention to risk management and control, promote prior prevention, ensure that the process is under control, and fulfill the safety responsibility of the "leader". After the completion of each fracturing construction, CNPC dispatched special personnel to carry out patrol inspections of flexible fracturing manifolds, solidify safety management and control, play good first moves, and fight proactively, and cooperate with our company to inspect manifolds and valves together. After the completion of the construction of each well, organize professionals to carry out high-pressure endoscopy inspection work, such as the wear and tear of the equipment and whether there is liquid leakage at the joints. At the same time, in order to ensure the accuracy of the test data, after the completion of the fracturing construction of each layer, the fracturing team station designates a special person to be responsible for the online data entry, and implements the three-level management and control of "specialized person filling, reviewing by the person in charge of the team station, and department approval" to efficiently ensure Field tests of flexible fracturing manifolds have been carried out to provide data support for the establishment of standards for subsequent large-scale use, inspection and rejection in the industry.
Petro China CNPC clarifies its development orientation, improves the quality of development, and continuously enhances the "gold content", "new content" and "green content" of development. With the help of our equipment, the three key equipments of "full electric fracturing, large-diameter high-pressure manifold, and flexible high-pressure manifold" were successfully applied in the AHHW2057/2058 platform well. The operation efficiency is 5.2, and the speed of the same block is increased by 37% year-on-year. Because of our excellent equipment, we have also won a congratulatory letter. During the construction process, a 3-inch flexible fracturing manifold was used at the rear of the fracturing truck to replace the original four high-pressure rigid straight pipes, the number of manifold connections was reduced by 75%, and the cost was reduced by about 30%; one flexible fracturing manifold was used at the fracturing wellhead. The manifold replaces the original 12 4-inch high-pressure rigid straight pipes, the number of manifold connections is reduced by 90%, and the cost is reduced by about 60%. Manifold connection is more efficient and the process is simpler, the risk point of manifold connection is reduced by more than 75%, and the labor intensity of employees is greatly reduced.
At present, the flexible fracturing manifold system has been maturely applied in the Junggar Basin, which has solved many problems such as cumbersome and difficult connection of manifolds in the fracturing industry. In the next step, Petro China CNPC will continue to vigorously promote the field test of the flexible fracturing manifold system in accordance with the work requirements of the group company, give full play to the equipment and technical strength of "oilfield Huatuo, smart downhole", and promote the company's high-quality development.
