This is the first time that three key equipment technologies of CNPC technical services, including all-electric fracturing + high-low pressure full-well large-diameter manifold + flexible high-pressure manifold, have debuted in Mahu, taking the lead in exploring "leading the industry, green environmental protection, high efficiency and energy saving" The new model of the company has made new progress in the construction of standardized demonstration sites centered on our electric drive equipment, which has been highly praised by users. The main equipment we provide this time are fracturing equipment, fracturing heads, fracturing valves, fracturing trees, fracturing check valves, fracturing gate valves, fracturing plug valves, fracturing manifolds, plug valve manifolds, wellheads Christmas trees, ESD control panels, api6a valves and more.

In 2022, CNPC's downhole operation company will adhere to the construction concept of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets", and with the help of our company's equipment, will make great strides to promote green, healthy, environmentally friendly and silent electric fracturing.

Petro China CNPC took the lead in implementing all-electric fracturing on the AHHW2057/2058 platform in the Junggar Basin, creating a precedent for all-electric fracturing in Mahu, Xinjiang. The on-site grid capacity is 16,000 kVA, and it is equipped with 8 electric-driven fracturing skids and 1 electric-driven sand mixing skid. CNPC Downhole Operation Company and other units held a kick-off meeting for the fracturing battle in Block Aihu 2. With the support of our fracturing equipment, 40 stages of fracturing were completed in 185 hours, with an average daily operating efficiency of 5.2 stages. Compared with the same period, the speed increased by 37%.

Up to now, CNPC's downhole operation company has used our equipment to complete 45% of all electric drive tasks, with a cumulative power consumption of 17.51 million kWh and a reduction of nearly 3,671 tons of carbide emissions, contributing downhole technical strength to the green development of oilfields.

For many years, the fracturing industry has used conventional 4-inch manifolds. However, with the continuous increase of fracturing sand volume and fluid volume, the disadvantages of small manifold diameter, small flow rate, slow flow rate, low installation efficiency, slow speed, and difficult connection have become prominent, which has become a "stumbling block" that hinders the industry from improving speed and efficiency. . In order to solve the stubborn problems of the industry, realize on-site quantification, simplification of processes, and standardization of standards, Petro China CNPC's downhole operation company and our company cooperate with each other to find key points, grasp difficulties, solve pain points, and concentrate on major tasks. , play a good first move, play a good active battle, and take the lead in citing the large-diameter manifold of the whole well.

The design displacement of AHHW2057/2058 is 12 cubic meters. The high-pressure manifold adopts 5-1/8-inch "8+6" large-diameter manifold to skid and connect, and the low-pressure mixing and sand mixing use 8-inch large-diameter instead of conventional 4-inch manifold. For the first time, the large-diameter configuration of the whole well site manifold is realized. The number of manifold connections is 60% less than that of conventional manifolds, the process is further simplified, the risk of high pressure is greatly reduced, and the clean and tidy electric drive fracturing well field is moving towards standardization and standardization.

High-pressure pipe bursts are the biggest risk in the fracturing industry. In order to avoid this risk, the industry has been using steel hard pipes for decades. The connection flexibility of the manifolds is poor, the efficiency is low, and the front-line employees have a lot of physical labor. The industry has repeatedly proposed the use of flexible fracturing manifolds instead of rigid fracturing manifolds. concept, but never implemented at scale.

In the face of difficulties and problems, Petro China CNPC's downhole operation company focused on the "urgency and hope" of industry development, and actively carried out the key technology research and application sub-task "flexible fracturing manifold research and development" of deep shale gas volume fracturing in CNPC technical services. We have introduced 30 sets of flexible fracturing high-pressure manifolds from our company to tackle key scientific and technological problems with field tests. On the basis of the experience in 2021, carry out risk re-identification and re-evaluation, and support safety protection measures. At present, it has accumulated 97.11 hours of construction on the AHHW2057/2058 platform, with a liquid flow of 58,640 cubic meters and a sand flow of 3,315 cubic meters. The on-site test and application are carried out in an orderly manner.
