Dual fracturing equipment in the Mahu area in Petro China CNPC

Recently, with the excellent equipment provided by our company, the first domestic "dual fracturing" construction was successfully completed on the Mahu No. 4 well platform in Xinjiang Oilfield. Petro China CNPC successfully broke two fracturing construction records, adding a new weapon to the domestic reservoir reconstruction technology. !We have provided fracturing equipment, fracturing heads, fracturing valves, fracturing trees, fracturing check valves, fracturing gate valves, fracturing plug valves, fracturing manifolds, plug valve manifolds for Petro China CNPC in this project Pipes, wellhead Christmas trees, ESD control panels, api6a valves and other equipment.

"Dual fracturing" is an international advanced oil and gas stimulation technology. The core is to use a set of trucks to construct two wells at the same time by optimizing the design and surface construction organization, effectively reducing the number of fracturing pump trucks and improving work efficiency. Under the background of large-scale development of unconventional oil and gas fields in China, the technology has significant effects on improving efficiency, reducing costs and increasing production, and has broad application prospects.

In order to quickly promote the implementation of "dual fracturing" technology in China, our company and Petro China CNPC jointly explored technical details and quickly formed a promotion plan. With the core concept of "dense cutting + high strength + fracture tip interference" reconstruction, the two parties jointly completed the identification of geological sweet spots and the optimization of fracturing process, so that our equipment was successfully put into use, and the segmentation was optimized on the basis of not reducing the original reconstruction strength. , clustering scheme.

In view of the strong heterogeneity of the Mahu conglomerate reservoir, Petro China CNPC Downhole Operation Company (Reservoir Transformation Research Center), according to local conditions, our company has improved the fracturing equipment accordingly, optimized the "dual fracturing" operation process, and innovated the high and low pressure process. The connection method creates the construction conditions for a single unit to fracturing two wells at the same time.

Under the overall arrangement of our engineering and technical departments, Petro China CNPC Development Company and Downhole Operation Company (Reservoir Reconstruction Research Center) connected with the on-site operation process in advance, and formulated a detailed plan for material support such as fracturing fluid, proppant, and perforating tools. During the construction operation, a special person was assigned to be responsible for production organization, project management and equipment guarantee. With the help of our equipment, it took 11 days to complete 110 fracturing stages, with a maximum of 14 stages in a single day, and an average of 10 stages per day. The maximum pump injection volume was 15,311.1 cubic meters, breaking the domestic records of the average daily number of construction stages and the highest single-day pump injection volume of the single-unit bridge-firing fracturing process.

With the support of our advanced fracturing equipment, compared with the conventional four-well platform zipper operation, the number of fracturing pump trucks increased by 33% after the application of this technology; the completion time of the platform was shortened by 45% year-on-year; The average fluid volume into the well is 10,360 cubic meters, and the efficiency is increased by 70%; the average daily pumping time is 16 hours, an increase of 40%, which maximizes the working capacity of the crew.

In this project, our fracturing equipment has been successfully applied. Even in the current environment where the international oil and gas situation is becoming increasingly severe and the operating pressure of oil and gas enterprises is increasing sharply, the "dual fracturing" has been successfully applied to domestic oil and gas fields, which is an unconventional oil and gas field. The development provides new ideas and opens up a new path for oil and gas field companies to increase production and reduce costs. Our petroleum products have been successfully applied, have been well received by users, and have been highly praised.
