Drilling Equipment in TMG Oilfield KET Block in CNPC
Recently, our drilling equipment helped the XD30029 drilling team to successfully complete the drilling task of the KET-39 well. The project department also completed the operation task of the KET block of the TMG oilfield safely and efficiently. The average speed of the completed well was 11.49 meters per hour and the drilling cycle was 16.64 days. , setting a record for the construction of the block over the years. The product packages we provide this time include cement heads, drilling operation tools, drilling tongs, cementing tools, wellheads, Christmas trees, choke manifolds and more.
Well KET-40 set the fastest drilling record in this block with an average speed of 14.46 meters per hour, a drilling cycle of 14.06 days and a well construction cycle of 17.06 days.
The KET block is a marginal fault zone exploration area. In order to further understand the oil and gas enrichment law in this block, TMG Oilfield attempted to conduct shallow well exploration in this block for the first time. Before construction, in view of the lack of reference materials in this block, the project department actively connected with the geological and production departments, and conducted a comprehensive analysis and judgment with the geological data of the adjacent KAM oilfield operating blocks, and sorted out the construction of the block in detail. Difficulties and risks, combined with the drilling equipment we provided, we formulated well control risk prevention measures in accordance with "one well, one policy", laying the foundation for safe and rapid drilling in this block.
Although in the construction of the first well to be drilled, KET-41, the drilling time increased, the drilling stuck was severe, the conventional roller cone bit was severely worn, and there were two complicated lost circulations. However, due to our sufficient drilling The type of equipment, coupled with the rapid response of the project department, timely change the structure of drill bits and drilling tools, carry out efficient plugging operations, and carry out on-site complex situations and well control emergency drills for many times, which ensured the safe and efficient completion of the construction of Well KET-41. After the KET-41 well obtained a self-injection high-yield oil flow with a daily output of 100 cubic meters, TMG Oilfield deployed 3 more wells in this block at the first time, and all of them were handed over to the project department for construction.
In the later stage of construction, the project department organized the drilling, recording, and solids professionals to discuss and analyze the formation characteristics in a serious manner around the "wellbore center". "Consultation" operation problems, adhere to special operations and risk warnings in key well sections, clarify downhole abnormal disposal advice, select PDC drill bits with strong pertinence and high applicability, and fully promote the project of improving safety, speed and efficiency of single wells.
It is reported that the three drilling rigs that have completed the operation task of the KET block will be transferred to the West Turzku block of the TMG Oilfield for a battle, and the sprint will be launched towards the goal of "more than half of the time and more than half of the task".
