CCSC Helps Advance Electric Fracturing Operation in Petro China CNPC
In 2022, CNPC will actively respond to the Group's green and low-carbon development strategy, strictly implement the electric drive fracturing work deployment of CNPC Technical Services, and comprehensively promote the electric drive fracturing work. With the support of our equipment, as of mid-July 2022, a total of 48 electric fracturing wells have been completed, and 1,578 stages of work have been completed, including 761 stages of all-electric fracturing and 817 stages of mixed-drive fracturing, with a cumulative power consumption of 3,074 10,000 degrees, energy saving and emission reduction of nearly 22,000 tons. Petro China CNPC used the QPI-5000 pump matched with the 5000 electric drive fracturing skid provided by us. This five-cylinder plunger pump is a mature application of the QPI-2800A fracturing pump and QPI-3300 for the down hole operating company (reservoir reconstruction research center). Another new type of fracturing pump product after the type of fracturing pump, the pump adopts the design of "long stroke + low stroke + high transmission ratio + wear-resistant wearing parts", equipped with planetary gearbox and 4.5-inch hydraulic end, The sand-adding construction displacement is 1.5-1.8 cubic meters per minute, and it is used in combination with our company's related fracturing to complete the field test. During the experiment, the performance is stable and the operation is stable.
