In the early stage of construction, the leaders of the southwest joint point of Petro China CNPC were stationed in command, the southwest regional supervisor led the team on site, and equipment management provided logistical support. The five teams including the high-voltage class, the low-voltage class and the sand tower class are all equipped with mobile emergency personnel.
