Sucker rod centralizer
Sucker rod centralizer is the most important centralizer which is widely used for oilfield application. this kind of centralizer is especially designed for running sucker rod application.
Sucker rod some times can deform inside tubing during the movement up and down and it is easy to break off due to heavy friction,so it is necessary to install some centralizer on the sucker rod to avoid any break off may occured.
Sucker rod centralizer is made by a kind of advanced high polymer material we usually call it MC nylon, this nylon material have a 50% lower friction coefficient. So it can easier to go through most of complex well section.
Sucker rod centralizer provided by CCSC technology is designed with many kinds of structure. Such as spiral vane blade nylon structure, straight vane blade nylon structure, roller nylon structure.
