Rigid roller centralizer
Rigid roller centralizer is a kind of casing centralizer which is widely used for oilfield drilling cementing operation. this kinds of centralizer is especially used in high-angle,high deviated and horizontal well.
Rigid roller centralizer provided by CCSC technology is designed with two kinds of vane structure. One is spiral vane blade structure, another is straight vane blade structure.
Rigid roller centralizer can easy open the well bore thus to improve cementing efficiency.
Roller centralizer not only have all advantages of the ordinary rigid centralizer, but also can turn the Sliding friction into rolling friction.so it will reduce the drag during running casing operation.so it can enhance the safety coefficient when go through complex well section. It is helpful for improving cementing quality and cutting down cost.
